This is so true. We often get so caught up in what we like and what makes us comfortable. We have to remember that everything we do is for the children. We sometimes have to step out of our comfort zones and become uncomfortable in order to teach in a way that the child can learn.
This is so true. I really dislike many of my math teachers in high school because they only taught one way and would not find different strategies to teach the lesson. We have to find different strategies to teach our students and if we don't know how to teach our students, we should ask other teachers. That is the only way our students will learn and how we can become better teachers.
